Thank you all for helping us. Fran is commenting online because they charge here @ the internet cafe by the hour- she's fast by the hour- I'm in the, "he'll finish posting hopefully before CHRIST'S return" category.... (why aren't these keypads thumb size?)

This situation sounds familiar...We are traveling this week to Ukraine and they cannot find the file on one of the two we wish to adopt. ....
I would ask the facilitator if there is ANYTHING that can be done to find your child's file. I don't want to use the B word, but the children's welfare doesn't seem to be top priority.
